YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN AGENT ROY IS YOUR MAN! Roy was my agent last
January when I bought my house. He was phenominal!!! I was only 20 when
I began my search and Roy didn't look down or treat me like a little
kid as another agent had. I was pretty clueless when it came to buying
a house, Roy was beyond helpful! H...e
answered all of my questions promptly and was able to explain all of
the steps as we went. I never felt like he was trying to slip something
by me or take advantage of my ignorance. He is friendly and down to
earth while remaining very professional. He is honest and I knew that I
could trust his advice. I never imagined that buying a house could be
so stress free. I also appreciate that he follows up, I needed some
extra copies of papers for taxes and Roy had them ready for me in an
hour. Roy is a brilliant agent and I recommend him quite frequently to
my friends. I wouldnt buy another house through anyone else! Thanks Roy!
